Traumatic Iris coloboma repair using 10/0 Prolene on CIF-4 Needle using the Siepser slip-knot technique, but it is through the other wound. The location of the coloboma in the lower nasal quadrant, makes it more difficult to do it at the original location, so the surgeon did a Siepser slip-knot but through an upper temporal wound, where it was easier.
