Endoscopic Cyclophotocoagulation (ECP) in eye with post-penetrating keratoplasty glaucoma. The surgery is approached through a limbal incision over the PC-IOL. A haptic pierces the capsule. Also seen are irido-capsular adhesions and a failed trabeculectomy.
